Erica has been with Plenium Builders since the beginning and has been in the construction industry for over 20 years. As office manager, Erica uses her strengths in organization and document tracking to set standards for the firm. She finds it extremely rewarding to drive around her hometown and see the work that she has helped bring to reality. When not in the office, Erica enjoys camping and playing baseball, softball and spending time with friends and family.
