Ross Blaine

Vice President of Operations

Ross began his career working as field labor and later under a veteran estimator to learn the ropes of the construction management business. From there, he worked to become a project manager, managing multiple client accounts. Ross was president of a steel erection company and worked diligently to build up the company to double its size and revenues. Combining field management experience and drawing on is previous leadership experience, he modernized the equipment fleet for that firm. He also worked for several years as a VP of operations, business development and preconstruction services at a general contracting and construction management firm, running large-scale retail, pharmaceutical and medical projects in the $30-to-$55-million range. Ross’ previous experience as a client representative as well as his entrepreneurial skill set position him as a dynamic and reliable operations leader.
