About Project

JMA and their designer OZ Architects recognized our expertise at managing construction work at high elevations, and brought us in to build out the interior of this 2-bedroom condominium unit at the Constellation Residences at Northstar-at-Tahoe for use as a model for sales tours. Located adjacent the Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe, at 6,900 feet in elevation, the Residences are in the midst of Northstar’s 3,170 acres of ski park with ski-in/ski-out access to some of the best runs in the U.S. This beautifully appointed condominium features a walk-in bath, Viking appliances, high-end finishes, jetted tubs, a cozy fireplace and a deck overlooking the Ritz-Carlton Gondola. We managed the interior construction, building out the kitchen and bath completely and adding finishes, custom trims, wood flooring, stone accents and new lighting to the rest of the spaces. The designer selected the furnishings and artwork to complete the space, choosing a mix of weathered industrial, mid-century modern and richly textured fabrics that respect Tahoe tradition while playing up its more modern influences. The result is a great example of Tahoe-chic luxury for JMA Ventures to share with potential buyers so they can imagine having a Constellation Residence of their own.
