About Project

Jensen Precast needed a new home. They were packed into their existing space without much room to move. And the layout no longer represented their more modern way of operating and caring for employees. They found a 25,000-square-foot space in a preexisting building and hired PBI to help them with their tenant improvement. The team collaborated to design the modern and flexible space to the client’s budget, coming within $8000 of the original price using design-assist subcontracting for mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
