Over the years, team members at Plenium Builders have helped Cashman Equipment, a supplier of Caterpillar equipment, expand and modernize their Sparks location. Past projects include:

A renovation and addition to the main equipment maintenance facility including a 20,000-square-foot expansion (employee locker room and break room remodel, a new equipment wash-out building, a new paint application building, and new site concrete paving.)
Renovation of the office building with a new roof and HVAC units.
Renovation and retrofit of an existing building including new steel columns to support updated HVAC, new equipment cranes plus a new loading dock, new slab-on-grade, and a robotic wash booth.
Design and build a Motor Dyno room renovation with new cooling towers and pumps and a new metal building with cranes and wash bays to service the equipment.
