Nevada’s “Blue Team” is one big family with an active, team-oriented attitude and lots of energy. To better serve their clients and to adapt their workspace to the team’s collaborative approach, they needed a bigger, open, and connected space to work together.
During the demolition and remodel, the team worked well together to work around conditions resulting from multiple previous additions to the two-story, 47-year-old, metal building. Throughout the remodel, DCI worked with the client to stage and phase the work and ensure the sales team could operate, serving their customers without interruption.
The building is updated and reflects modern trends in the industry – which is especially important since WNS supplies much of their region’s new construction projects. New office space connects the sales area, showroom, and service area together for a collaborative, open concept and allows for natural light to shine into the offices from the sales area.
Private offices are designed with custom millwork, wooden bookcase ladders, and barn door style whiteboards. The training room and nearby conference room feature an integrated Crestron audio-visual system. Several rooms feature innovative LED technology light-up white-boards.
