About Project

Edgewood Tahoe Resort is expanding their luxury offerings with two-bedroom, three-bedroom and five plus-bedroom guest suites suitable for a weekend getaway or a destination wedding. Adjacent to the resort’s main lodge and fronting the 8th and 9th fairways of the beach-front golf course, these suites are under construction in a sensitive and highly-regulated environmental region, around ongoing guest operations, and with snow country constraints on schedule, materials and labor availability. Plenium Builders is the general contractor for phase 1 of the project consisting of four villas, and is moving ahead with phase 2 and 3.

From the designer, Collaborative Design Studio: “Espousing the latest in mountain modern design, including exposed wood trusses, steep and shallow pitched roofs, natural stone, clean lines, and large glass facades, The Villas celebrates the lake and integrates into both the forest surroundings and the adjacent lodge.”
