Senior Superintendent

While growing up in Northern Nevada's high-desert sunshine, Don discovered he loved working with his hands and being outdoors. His choice to learn carpentry as his profession reflected that enthusiasm for creating. Drawing on his natural leadership ability, he developed into a crew leader and eventually a superintendent. With over 35 years of experience, Don sees the big picture of construction, making him adapted to overseeing larger projects, where his excellent communication skills and diverse experience with schools, hospitals, resorts, and retail buildings add valuable perspective and spark innovation. He looks forward to the daily routine and challenges as well as the satisfaction of celebrating a job well done alongside satisfied clients. Motivated, honest, and caring, Don inspires his teams to work efficiently, diligently, and safely toward the end goal. When he isn't building, Don enjoys outdoor activities with his family and friends including hunting, fishing, exploring ghost towns, dirt-biking and off-road racing.
