Leah saw construction management as a rewarding career in a field where she could consistently grow and contribute. Her exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport across roles and disciplines is key to approach. Leah is energized by the kinetic nature of building and finds that each project comes with its own rewards and challenges. A tenacious hard worker, she is passionate about doing her best work and helping the team succeed. Leah loves to be outdoors. When she isn't wrangling the latest round of submittals on a Plenium Builders project, she is camping, hiking, or paddleboarding. Leah also loves food - cooking as well as eating!
