Originally from Northern California, Mike connected with construction during high school while working as a framer. This early experience sparked his interest in the industry and led him to pursue his B.S. in Construction Management from California State University, Chico.

Mike enjoys the variety construction offers, with each day bringing new challenges and opportunities to grow. He appreciates the hands-on nature of the work and values building practical skills while navigating the complexities of each project. Known for his strong social skills, troubleshooting abilities, and talent for maintaining morale, Mike excels at fostering relationships with coworkers, clients, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

When he's not keeping things running at the jobsite, Mike enjoys time with family and woodworking, house projects, welding, riding dirt bikes, hunting, hiking, camping, and BBQing.
