The facility not only reflects Marvin’s commitment to sustainability and operational efficiency but also showcases PB’s expertise in delivering high-quality construction tailored to Marvin’s operational needs and timeline.
Meeting Marvin’s Operational Goals
This facility was designed to consolidate Marvin’s operations, reduce transit times, and improve service to their dealer network. Key features, such as a custom racking system, a forklift management system, and an eco-conscious design with LED lighting and electric forklifts, ensure seamless logistics operations. Marvin’s focus on sustainability and innovation is evident throughout the space, which combines practical functionality with environmentally responsible choices.
Realizing Marvin’s Vision
PB collaborated with the Airway design team to meet Marvin’s ambitious timeline. PB oversaw the construction of essential systems, including IT infrastructure, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and sprinklers, as well as the fit-out of the facility’s office spaces, which include a reception/showroom, restrooms, private offices, a breakroom, and a conference room. By introducing a design-build electrician early in the process, PB expedited electrical design and installation, ensuring the project stayed on schedule.

Working closely with Marvin and other stakeholders, PB ensured the facility was ready to support Marvin’s operational expansion from day one.
