Troy was drawn to the "hands-on" nature of building and started his career as a carpenter, applying his creativity in finish carpentry and cabinetry construction, developing technical skills along with an affinity for the organization and planning of construction work. His experience includes over 25 years in management of custom millwork fabrication where he oversaw operations, estimating, detailing, and equipment to produce millions of dollars in high quality wood finishes and furnishings. Troy's positive attitude and straightforward approach are the tools he uses to take on any construction challenge. As a team leader, he is approachable, knowledgeable and detail-oriented. Like many of us, he gets satisfaction from seeing the cumulative results of the team's efforts at the end of each day. When he isn't superintending the latest project at Plenium Builders, Troy enjoys off-roading and camping.
