The “Blue Team” serves the northern Nevada area with construction materials and equipment that range from major HVAC equipment to kitchen cabinet knobs. They envisioned an eye-catching space where they could display hundreds of plumbing, lighting and hardware fixtures for kitchens and baths – including working faucets, shower heads, cabinet knobs, lights, sinks, door pulls and more – so that customers could see examples of products firsthand.
Alongside the client, the Plenium Builders team worked together to meet the design challenges of using a tight space between the existing facility and the street for the expansion, tying the new area into the existing sales building, and creating an interior space that will continue to serve Western Nevada Supply’s needs for many years to come. Plenium Builders maintained customer access during the construction of the expansion and phased the parking lot reconstruction and repaving so that it could be used at all times for visitors. The new, dramatic, 8,365-square-foot showroom lives up to its name.
INSPIRE engages customers with large open areas of demonstration fixtures and ample meeting spaces for reviewing catalogs or discussing design concepts. The showroom extends into the office areas with large-scale graphic displays depicting fixtures as artwork. It also includes ample window display space to attract passersby and advertise Western Nevada Supply’s large selection of stylish products. New LED-lit signage along with neon pin striping and exterior paint in the company’s signature bright blues make the building easy to spot.
